We are not a typical gym. There are no treadmills, ellipticals, or lat pull-down machines. In fact, there aren't many machines at all. We don't watch TV while we workout. Clothing is worn for comfort and flexibility, not appearance. Do not be intimidated; we train everyone and anyone willing, any fitness level, from any background. Our members are very important to us. We believe that everyone is an athlete. We offer general and sport specific training, injury prevention, and coaching. Our focus is a core strength and conditioning program that provides clients with comprehensive health and fitness. If you compete in sports on the high school or college level, from football to field hockey we work to increase your athletic ability by utilizing functional strength movements found in your sport.
